My Story

What is one thing about your work that most people don't know?

Designing training materials is both an art form and a science. It is not just about throwing a bunch of words and cartoons on a PowerPoint and calling it learning, there is actually research that supports why we do what we do!

What makes you most proud of the work you do?

I love to measurement. As nerdy as that sounds, I love to see where a student was before and after the learning event and to hear their feedback.
