My Story

What is one thing about your work that most people don't know?

Most people don't know how essential it is to make people feel comfortable on camera. It's the most important component to capturing an authentic story on video and beyond. At Skill Scout it is more important for us to make sure that the video star feels celebrated and empowered than getting the "right shot."

What makes you most proud of the work you do?

I'm most proud of how we celebrate the world of work through the individual stories of employees. Work is so interconnected to one's identity and livelihood. The fact that we get to celebrate everyday working people who are making an impact on their families and the world of around them is so gratifying.
