My Story

What is one thing about your work that most people don't know?

Work is where I remember who I am. When I am quietly accompanying others as they face life, death, and serious illness, I remember what is most human and true about myself. I remember that I am in this world to love and be loved. I remember what is essential.

What makes you most proud of the work you do?

Accompanying people who are most vulnerable and in the storm of suffering is an honor and a precious gift. #WorkingInAmerica
