My Story

What is one thing about your work that most people don't know?

I spend time with 18 to 21 year olds from many different parts of the country and world. Many are the first generation to go to college. I come from a farm background in the midwest, many of these young people are African America from intercity. I love getting to know them and their stories.

What makes you most proud of the work you do?

being able to talk to young people from very different backgrounds.
